Are you an experienced Real Estate Assistant with the desire and skill to work in the high-end Beverly Hills market?
Our client is an established estate agent specializing in the Beverly Hills / West L.A. area. We are looking for a smart, polished and experienced real estate assistant with excellent organization skills to support him in the continued growth of his company.
As the real estate assistant on this team you will be responsible for managing all correspondence, scheduling, marketing, transactions, and so on. You will be proactive in making sure that your agent’s day runs smoothly and that he stays focused on his most important tasks. You must be able to coordinate, anticipate, and maneuver quickly.
-Manage correspondence for a busy real estate professional
-Manage complex calendar and keep agent on schedule
-Organize and manage contact database for business development
-Conduct research and searches on the MLS
-Communicate and meet with clients
-Run personal and business errands
-Manage transactions from Listing to Close of Escrow
Key skills, traits and experience:
-Prior assistant experience – a minimum of 2 years is required
-Experience in the real estate industry, either in real estate sales (as an admin), title or escrow
-Strong leadership skills
-Thick skin and calm under pressure
-Self sufficient and proactive
-Knowledge of MLS / ZipForms and Outlook
-Real Estate license strongly preferred
Salary: $40K - $50K, including a bonus per transaction
Benefits: Paid vacation and sick days, paid parking and a stipend for gas and cell phone use
Hours: Monday – Friday, occasional work on the weekend
